Adrift tells two separate stories connected by a common event. It’s about two people passing through thresholds in their lives.

Adrift was funded by the New South Wales Film and Television Office in 2004. The film was shot on 16mm on the Mid-North Coast of New South Wales in March 2005. It had its world premiere at the 2006 Sydney Film Festival as part of the prestigious Dendy Awards

Billed as the first Japanese surfing road movie in Australia. Shark and Yuto are on a road trip around Autralia, surfing, smoking and drinking. They meet up with Kimiko and the mysterious Gunja Man before driving to many famous Australian landmarks.

Andrew Clarke, Alan Fletcher and Tracey Mann starred in this four-part Channel 7 mini-series, a story of the differing influences of the Vietnam War on a once tightly knit group of family and friends in Bendigo. Won best actor and best actress Logies for Clarke and Mann.

Marge, a sensuous but proper wife, lives with her quiet lumberjack husband Sonny in a remote Aussie town. Lonely and unfulfilled, Marge is both aroused and revolted when the town’s sexy new bartender, Neville, unsuccessfully forces his attentions on her.

However, with her passions unleashed she in turn approaches Neville, only to find he is no longer interested, publicly humiliating her. As Marge’s obsession for Neville begins to overwhelm her, Sonny is forced to act - to not only to save his marriage, but possibly even his wife’s life.

The story of a passionate romance between two strong-willed lovers set in the beautiful Dorrigo plateau. Based on a The Winds of Jarrah was inspired by a "Harlequin / Mills and Boon novel.
Running away from a failed romance, stunning Englishwoman Susan Lyons heads to 19th century Australia. Here she pulls a "Jane Eyre", becoming nanny for the children of woman-hating Terence Donovan.

Fred Schepisi's The Chant of Jimmie Blacksmith is set in 1901, the year of Australia's Federation and is based on the book by Thomas Keneally. The character of Jimmie Blacksmith (Tommy Lewis) materialises the anxieties associated with searching for one's identity. Based on a true historical event, which occurred in Gilgandra, Jimmy is a half-caste who is given a life chance. Raised by a respectable couple, of which the male is a reverend, Jimmy is sent out to find work and make a life for himself. In this process Jimmy experiences the relentless racism and unfair treatment from white farmers who he gains employment from. Finally, Jimmy decides enough is enough, killing the families of the men who have done him wrong.


Eliza Fraser

The old sea captain played by Noel Ferrier and his young wife - Susannah York - are shipwrecked on an island with their crew. They are later captured by Aborigines while their mutinous crew deteriorate into savages. One convict and Military officer on the nearby penal settlement both vie for the Captain's wife's attentions. This movie is also an all-star cast of Australian actors.

Boney is based on the character created by Arthur Upfield - Detective Inspector Napoleon Bonaparte. Upfield wrote 29 books featuring the half-caste Aboriginal detective, all of which have been best-sellers around the world.
