Any writing in the blue is where you can add your particular information. It is always best to make sure that you have a legal professional look over your completed documents to ensure you have protected yourself from fraud and to make sure you cover your costs.
The documents listed are the most likely documents you will use apart from the permits from your local council. If you need to obtain a permit, please do not hesitate to contact the ShortSharpDigital office for further assistance.
Letter of Agreement PDF - This document outlines the agreement you have made with your client. It will include the time, date, budget and any exceptions to the budget and final costs due to delays. You would submit this with a budget attached.
Location Agreement PDF - This document is an agreement between your production and the owner of a premises where you are videoing you film.
Performers Release PDF – Use this document for any person who will appear in your film. This outlines that the performers have given permission to use them in the film, including their voice and image. It also includes any promotional and internet use as well.
Standard Release PDF – Use this document for any archival artwork, photos, books; any material that is not original or your own work. It also includes artwork on walls and as decoration.
Video Release PDF – This is for when using archival footage, or footage that you have not videoed yourself.
Blank Invoice PDF – This invoice has some information as an example only.
